Rediscover Food Freedom
Your Path to Food Peace and Re-establishing Trust with Your Body.
I understand how food can become entangled with rules, anxiety and guilt.
My mission is to guide people away from restrictive patterns and towards a balanced, flexible approach. Together, we’ll restore a peaceful, nourishing relationship with food to allow you to relearn how to enjoy eating, support your health, and finally feel free.
Helping you to support your health and wellbeing away from food rules and food fears
I believe healing your relationship with food starts with compassion and curiosity, not control. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore what truly nourishes you away from food rules and food noise.
My approach gently challenges diet culture and food rules, supporting you to reconnect with your body’s own wisdom and make choices that feel right for you. This is your space to let go of guilt, find freedom with food, and move toward a more peaceful, empowered way of eating, at your pace, in your own way.

I'm Claire McWilliam, a Registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in disordered eating and eating disorders. I support clients to understand and navigate the complex relationship many people have with food.
I understand that your relationship with food can be isolating and overwhelming. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition messages or stuck in cycles of restriction and bingeing. My work with clients helps to guide them towards a flexible, balanced relationship with eating.
My work is the combination of compassionate, non-judgmental support and evidence-informed care. I don’t offer rigid plans or one-size-fits-all advice — instead, I help clients untangle food rules, calm food guilt, and rebuild trust in their bodies, all at their own pace.
My approach blends nutritional therapy, intuitive eating, and psychological tools like self-compassion and flexibility to support sustainable, values-led change.
If you're looking for someone who understands both the science and the emotional landscape of disordered eating — you're in the right place.
