Sessions are shaped around your individual needs and goals, drawing on evidence-based approaches including Intuitive Eating, RAVES and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to help you feel calmer and more regulated around food, and build the confidence and skills to navigate it with greater ease and flexibility.
